During my new year stay, the hotel offered a decent room with a beautiful view of the city. The key location was convenient, with several shops and restaurants in the vicinity. Moreover, the staff was relatively friendly, and the check-in process was relatively smooth.
The experience was ruined by the terrible maintenance quality. My room had a strong smell of cigarettes, and the air conditioning was not functioning correctly. Additionally, basic amenities like towels, soap, and drinking water were not provided, and even the power supply was erratic. To make matters worse, the breakfast was not served, and the bedsheets were not clean. All in all, I had a terrible experience and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel has a strategic location which allowed us to be close to most of the attractions we wanted to see. The staff was friendly and helpful whenever we had a problem. The room was spacious and had a great view of the city. The Wi-fi connection was fast and allowed us to catch up on some work during our stay. We were pleased to have a mini-fridge and a kettle in the room for our convenience.
The hotel needs some serious maintenance. The room wasn't very clean when we arrived, and it had a cigarette smell that was very unpleasant.

Located in a bustling area, this hotel provides easy access to the city’s attractions and transport. the rooms, although small, are equipped with essential amenities like AC, fan, and comfortable beds. the bathrooms are functional and well, maintained. Guests can enjoy watching cable TV on a decent, sized screen in their rooms.
The staff doesn't seem to be well, informed or too helpful, which could negatively impact the stay.
